“This recipe is outstanding considering how simple it is to prepare. I used grouper, poured the sauce on top as soon as it came off the grill, and then let it sit for about 5 minutes. Fresh, flavorful, and delicious!
RoccoCook, please make the recipe before rating it poorly. Parsley doesn't have nearly the flavor that cilantro does.”

“Excellent light dinner, although I did half the pasta and double the mushrooms. I also added a little chicken broth and pasta water. The flavor of the sweet vermouth was very good.”

“It's hard to believe only 3 ingredients can result in such delicious dish. I finely chopped chipotle in adobo sauce, and used an immersion blender to mix it with the cream. I used only 1 cup of cream, a heaping tablespoon of chipotles and 3 large sweet potatoes in a 9x13 pan.
Every guest raved about it!!"”

“LOVED this rice! I used a can of dark red kidney beans, steamed the rice in my rice cooker, and added the beans when the rice was done. Used ckelly's advice and added more coconut milk and ginger. Outstanding!"”
