I found that the key to keeping them from crumbling was to spray your hands with no-stick cooking spray before you roll them out in your hands. Reviewed Broccoli Soup

Tasty! I steamed the broccoli with some of the chicken broth prior to putting it in the pan. Made it creamier in the puree. I poured the chicken broth into the pot after I was done steaming. I tossed in a couple dabs of Worchestershire to add some "yum". Kids loved it and asked for me to make extra to freeze for this winter!
