Reviewed Italian Wedding Soup

"I included a bit of fresh sage with the chopped parsley, if you'd like to try! The soup is a grand slam and I think I get why they call it 'Italian Wedding Soup' since it's not necessarily a traditional Italian custom. Reviewed Slimmed Down - Chicken Pot Pie

"Super easy and fairly quick to make!! I added sweet onions and more carrots and tasted wonderfully. I also added twice the flour and 1/2 more water to make it thicker. Perfect for next day leftovers @ room temparature, too!! Enjoy~""

I went ahead and added about 1/2 cups' worth into the beef stock prior to adding it to the onions and it came out excellent! High"

Reviewed Thomas Jefferson's Sweet Potato Biscuits

"Nice and super easy! Tastes great the next day, too! You can make these into cookies, too, by using straight milk instead of the cream."

Reviewed Salmon Hash

"BTW- We don't enjoy arugula, either, since it's pretty bitter. I used spinach, instead, and it was a great substitute."
