Reviewed Couscous-Stuffed Peppers with Basil Sauce

This was wonderful the way the recipe reads, I did not change one thing. However, I only had enough stuffing for 4 peppers. A new favorite in our house. The sauce is what really sends it over the top, it's light and sooooo wonderful. Next time I will double the sauce recipe.""
