Yum. I wanted to use up the simply potatoes I bought but didn't have an onion. This was much better. It was a delicious side dish. I didn't have white pepper so I used black.

This is delicious. I make it exactly as written and it is yummy every time. I don't know about the four servings because my husband and I finish it ourselves.

I love this and make it regularly. I just made it ahead of time for tomorrow's dinner and I want to eat it now. I use green beans instead of asparagus and I put them in with the peppers at the beginning of cooking. I also skip the carrots. Yum."
