Reviewed Stracotto (Pot Roast with Porcini Mushrooms
"I have to admit every pot roast recipe I try turns out pretty good. The problem has always been the gravy. (My husband loves pot roast with mashed potatoes and gravy. Even at thanksgiving everything turned out perfect except my gravy.) This gravy is amazing!!! I don't have to do the flour dance I just stick my emersion blender in the pot and it's the best gravy ever. Thank you Giada."

Reviewed Pasta Primavera
"I love this and make it regularly. I just made it ahead of time for tomorrow's dinner and I want to eat it now. I use green beans instead of asparagus and I put them in with the peppers at the beginning of cooking. I also skip the carrots. Yum."
Reviewed Crunchy Parmesan Chicken Tenders
"Yum. Quick and easy. I used thin sliced chicken cutlets and 12 minutes was enough time. Even my husband, who doesn't like chicken, loved them. They are good cold over salad the next day as well."
