"OMG! I baked the recipe as 18 cupcakes+2 mini loaf pans. I baked the cupcakes right away. I did not put the syrup or glaze until the next day when I baked the mini loaf cakes. (I had put the mini loaves in the fridge for 1 day.) Even though the minis went from the fridge to oven 24 hrs later, it still turned out great! I poked cupcakes+minis "

One batch was slightly over cooked, as a result the outer 1/2 inch of my lemon bars have the slightly rubber, gummy taste like the other review. But just cut off the edges before serving.""
