Went to the store to buy the steaks right after watching this episode. Dry rubbed steaks and put in fridge for 2 days (didn't have three days!) they were by far the best steaks we have ever prepared. Everyone in the family agreed. This recipe is a winner. Thanks for sharing Anne!"
