"Amazing, we saw Bobby this AM on cooking channel while sipping our coffee and said "Lets do this!" We had to substitute the lamb sausage etc for beer brats, and irish cheddar and butter (sadly) for regular cheddar, didnt have the irish soda bread but we did the rest and plated it like Bobby did and it was amazing. No joke the clouds parted the gre"

"Tasty! I did this with a smaller breast only 4.5 pounds and cooked it about the same as directed for a 6-7 lb one, used the same measuring of herbs and garlic for the larger portion as I love the flavors - came out great. A little dry maybe but at fault of my own - never cooked a turkey breast before. Looking forward to the using the leftovers to make a turkey noodle soup.

"Very tender and tasty, I used 2 tsp pepper and a few more garlic cloves - had to cook mine 10 minutes longer to get the bacon cooked a bit more. Delicious, everyone gobbled it up.
Just beginning to partake in the joy of cooking! Oh what I wouldnt give for a giant, stocked full kitchen with all the toys and tools! One day! Love the smiles on my friends and families faces when I pull off a good meal.
I love the healhful deliciousness of Japanese food, the rich flavors of good italian food, and the just love good ole Americana (who doesnt love a frickin beer can chicken??)
