"We thought it was yummy. Lots of super flavor .....i did cook the veggies all in the bacon grease even though it against my usual heathy eating habits. I also didn't have any apple cider vinegar left so i used balsamic and it was perfect. My son said he could have eaten the entire potful."

Reviewed East Hampton Clam Chowder

"First time I ever made clam chowder....yum!! I cheated and used canned clams and skim milk and it's still very delicious. I only had 2 cups of the clam broth so I added in 2 cups of chicken broth and it was perfect. Thanks Ina.....now I have another soup in my collection of comfort winter foods....."

"I never made Hummus before but had to whip up a quick dish. Everyone who ate it asked for the recipe.....I followed it pretty much, though I added 1/4 cup roasted red peppers and left out the parsley. Sprinkled some papricka on top instead. It was awesome!!""

"I didn't have any cream so I used fat free half and half.....i let all the moisture evaporate and still had some curdling in the soup. I added some cauliflower to thicken it and then threw half of the soup in the blender. ...mixed it all together and it tasted super ....and like unlike the other reviewer, I salvaged the soup.
