My Activity

Reviewed Chipotle BBQ Turkey Mini Meatloaves

"These are delicious! I am eating them now! The only changes I made were that I used 1/2 yellow onion (diced) in place of the scallions, and I used dried parsley instead of cilantro. Also, if you have never used chipotle in adobo sauce or don't like things REALLY spicy, add the chipotle in adobo in smaller amounts until you get to a level of hotnes"

Reviewed Tomato, Basil and Cheese Baked Pasta

"This is a great dish to make for a crowd....delicious, and won't break the bank! I added italian sausage and mushrooms (sauteed them up and added them to the mixture) to give the dish more heartiness as a main dish. I would suggest, instead of using whole chickens, which even if they don't burn are a MESS, buy skin-on-bone-in chicken thighs. Much easier "

Reviewed Butternut Squash Lasagna

"Very good! However, I ran out of butternut squash 1/2 way through the layering! Might want to make 2 squashes, or spread it very thin. I didn't use any amaretti cookies, so I just mashed up the squash in the pan w/ a fork instead of pureeing in a food processor. I also didn't use any fresh basil in the sauce, just used dried and again avoided t""

Reviewed Rise and Shine Juice

"This was the first juice I made with my juicer. It was excellent! The ginger gave it a nice spiciness. I gave some to my 15 mo. old on a spoon and he loved it too! On TV Giada put the whole lemon in the juicer...just be careful, some juicers (like mine require you to peel citrus fruits. ""
