"I made this pie for my mother in laws 80th birthday. She once told me that her mom use to make her a lemon meringue pie for her as a child. "Made it yesterday after I got home from weight watchers. modified it a bit, no seafood, added diced cucumber, used whole wheat pasta, fat free mayo and light sour cream. It is delicious I will be making this over and over all year round. My daughter wants shrimp in it next time so I will be trying that. Wonderful recipe."
