This was luscious! 1 tablespoon of salt is not to much to add to all of that water but 2 teaspoons added to the sauce is. I use Kosher salt and find it safe to always cut her salt recommendations in half. You can always add more but half is usually right for my taste and I love salty things."

The best chicken soup I've ever had. Rich tasting without being rich in calories. The lemon makes this soup awesome! You will never want another chicken soup."

I wouldn't have tried this but I trust Giada so much I just had to. All I can say is "WOW". The only thing I did differently was I chopped the shrimp into 1/2 inch pieces before I cooked them so that I could just dump the contents of the pan into the potatoes without letting the shrimp cool first."

I used boneless chicken thighs for the convenience and personal preference but that's the only thing I changed.""

Outstanding!! Great flavors and it felt healthy. I also had trouble with the clams opening. May nuke them first next time. I also completely peeled the shrimp and the lemon. She's amazing!
