Reviewed Pan Seared Veal Chop with Rosemary
"This was both delicious & easy - my family loved it. I used an instant read thermometer & removed chops from the oven at 130o. Then tented with foil for 5 min. I added sliced mushrooms to the pan sauce - very nice! Definitely a keeper."
