Wow and Wow! I made last evening as a side dish...everyone was raving about it! So easy to make, the truffle butter added a great flavor. I added peas, too. Had the correct pasta too...it was just perfect.

Amazing! I made for my family last night. Even my picky 14 year old daughter said "wow this is pretty good" The beef is so tender you can cut with a fork...no knife required! Will make again...and again!

I have made this the last two years and will be making it again this year. It is a big hit. It is easy to make and I get rave reviews from all who make it. I like it as it is a sophisticated step up from pumpkin pie. If you are a die hard pumpkin pie traditionalist...you may want to have this AND your pumpkin pie.
