"Lovely, chocolatey & scrumpious! I have made them 2 times, once with the Hershey's syrup & once with the Special Dark as suggested. Wow, Special dark was the Fav!! "Very Good! Hubby loved it. I've never made good pot roast until recently & this was one of the best. I did use bourbon instead of cognac because I had it. Served it over mashed potatoes. My neighbor thought it was great, especially after finding it in her fridge after a long flight home!"

Reviewed Sunny's Chicken Fried Steak with Diced Potato Gravy

"Love chicken fried steak, but never tried to make it. This was excellent. Left out cumin because I don't like it. And I confess I didn't make the gravy because I didn't have time (used Libby's Sausage Gravy-pretty good with only the addition of some buttermilk to thin)Hubby thought it was great, even liked the creamed spinach & buttermilk biscuits I made with it. (If he likes it, we keep it!)"

"Awesome! Hubby said it tasted like more. I made a double recipe for 6 people. Other reviews are right, I started with 1/4 c marsala & it was perfect. Chilled it & served over strawbwrries & blueberries. Imersion blender w/ wisk attachment worked great!"
