I make this all the time. You don't have to make it all from scratch. You can use your own marinara sauce or even "store bought". I have an Italian deli where I get the thin round steak slices. (They actually have it sliced specifically for braciole. And their sauce is to die for. No need for organic spinach, just use regular box of frozen spinac"
