Great recipe. Wonderful flavor. A good base for adding all sorts of extras. Don't know why people are complaining. Use a disher so they start high and don't over bake. Use a thermometer to test for temp. 205F gave me great moist cookies. I think those who find them dry and crumbly aren't milling their oats fine enough.
