Very good, I forgot the chili powder. Tasty, non-the-less, but needs that little kick. I didn't know what a Maui Onion was so I didn't use it. Come to find out it is a sweet onion from Maui. I guess a Walla Walla Onion would have worked."

This recipe was fantastic. Be careful to evenly distribute the spice rub, a mouthful of it is a tad bit intense. I didn't have Quinoa, so I used rice cooked in chicken stock and it was wonderful! It even please my dad who has never rated anything over a 7."
