My husband gave this his high compliment by saying "you can make that again". Based on reviews, I added one can of tomatoes and chilis with Watertown get to 6 cups. Simmered for 2 hours.

Excellent! Like others, I think my chicken was too thick to start - I ended up butterflying and using the other pieces for a stir fry the next night. I prepped a few extra, with those I baked at 375 for @ 30-40 minutes. Sprayed pan with Pam and flipped 1/2 way thru baking. Excellent that way too."

Yummy! I couldn't find bean sprouts so I used party slaw mix and it was great. Servednalong with the basil chicken from the same show.
