Reviewed Braised Hoisin Beer Short Ribs with Creamy Mashed Yukons and Sesame Snow Peas
"These short ribs are AMAZING!!! I'm usually one to change things up a bit but these ribs don't need anything different. I just make the recipe as is and have everyone I make them for coming back for more. This is on my winter comfort food recipe rotation...DELISH!
