"This recipe was easy and awesome. My guests loved and devoured the crisp, spicy-sweet rounds of pancetta. I used pretty thin slices as all I could find were pre-cut and packaged slices. I baked at 400 degrees and kept a close eye to be sure they did not burn. The rounds actually crisp as they cool, so don't think they need to be crispy in the oven""
