“This was the best recipe I have ever tried. I even left out the pine nuts and mushrooms bc I don't like. WAS AWESOME. Also substituted mozzarella instead of provolone. My husband wouldn't even talk during dinner bc he was too busy eating this. EXCELLENT!

“I consider my self a pretty good cook and use LOTS of recipes from this site. The glaze was HORRIBLE by itslef but OK on the chops. I followed to a T and marinated for 6+ hours. Although the chops were moist, not GREAT! ""”
