Great flavor but DRY! I will try again w/ less pasta, more cheese sauce. Omitted mushrooms and added more bacon and also omitted blue cheese. The flavor was definitely there, just need some more tweaking for a creamier version.

This was one of the best shrimp recipes. It was restaurant quality for sure. I used frozen, thawed shrimp with shell off. Way easier to eat. Definitely do the bread. I halved the recipe for 2 ppl. The 6-8 servings the recipe says would be for an appetizer not a meal. Make MORE! Awesome.

This was the best recipe I have ever tried. I even left out the pine nuts and mushrooms bc I don't like. WAS AWESOME. Also substituted mozzarella instead of provolone. My husband wouldn't even talk during dinner bc he was too busy eating this. EXCELLENT!
Also used canned italian tomatoes w/ a run through the food processer. "

I consider my self a pretty good cook and use LOTS of recipes from this site. The glaze was HORRIBLE by itslef but OK on the chops. I followed to a T and marinated for 6+ hours. Although the chops were moist, not GREAT! ""
