I give this five stars, because this is the first time I have ever tried something like this and following the recipe produces amazing results.
I used a micropeeler to zest some small organic certified lemons and cotton cheesecloth to strain... those are the only differences from the original recipe that I worked with.

Great recipe but I do not have a #20 disher. Those dishers are 5 tablespoons, so I ended up scooping the chilled dough balls to about half that size. Ten minutes turned out to be the perfect bake time at 375 F. The result is smaller cookies but perfectly done, for stuffing Christmas tins. Chewy is right, this is an awesome recipe for chocolate chip...
