"The fish was perfect. I'm always looking for ways to get my husband, who is not fond of fish, to eat it. He loved this preparation and said he could eat it every day!! This is a great, simple, after work meal that cooks up quickly and is light but satisfying. I paired it with some lemon scented rice and an heirloom tomato salad."

"Made this today and it was absolutely amazing. I used a couple of ribs in place of the neck bone, which my husband was happy to snack on while waiting for the rest to bake off. I think I will add another half can of tomatoes next time as I would have liked just slightly more saucey, and maybe another half cup of mozz for the top, but other then that it was fantastic. By far the best lasagna I've ever made.
