Very easy to prep and make with big flavors, lots of nutrition, and low fat goodness. I think most people start cooking with raw shrimp, so the cooking time of the shrimp needs to be extended to 2 - 3 minutes, and the tomato time would need less cooking time in that case, so they won't turn to mush.
