...These are delicious. After reading the other comments, I added an additional cup of flour and mixed this in my KA stand mixer using the dough hook. You may have to add a few table spoons of hot water to get the dough to come together. I made mine in unglazed stoneware, so I dropped the over temp by 25 degrees and baked for 30 minutes. They...

We loved these. I omitted the caraway seeds, upped the amount of cheese, and only cooked them for 30 minutes, Slit the side and did not return them to the oven. (My first batch was too dark at 45 minutes) They were beautiful golden brown and delicious. They reheat beautifully and pair very well with prime rib. I will for sure make these aga...

Reviewed spicy orange chicken lo mein

Sep 1, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I really liked this recipe. As suggested, I used the zest of one orange in the marinade and a little less oyster sauce. I couldn't find a red pepper so I bought a spicy green pepper. I also only used 3 cooking vessels; a pot to boil the noodles, a small sauce pan to make reduction, and my wok. I did skip the ginger because of it's strong taste...

Delicious! We will make this again. I followed this recipe and added a 1/4 cup each of julienned ... zuchini, yellow squash, and carrot. I also added 3 TBSP of cornstarch to the stock/soy sauce/oil mixture. I could not find the noodles so I substituted Ramon Noodles.

Reviewed "V" is for Vegetarian Ragout over Cheese Polenta with Red Pepper Coulis

Feb 11, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This is fantastic! I only made subtle changes. I used fat free half and 2% milk for the polenta. Omitted the olives because I couldn't find any, and I peeled the egg plant.

The couli is delicious but only needs a drizzle. The recipe make a bunch. I'll freeze it for the next time I make this, which will be often!

This was really good. Not hard to make, but you want to follow her directions closley so it will all come together well.

I did add a handful of frozen peas and some diced cooked chicken breast and served it with Olive Garden style bread sticks.

I think next time I'll try tempering the eggs with a couple ladels...

Overall, this was very good and very rich. It was easy to make. The prep was easy with my Vidalia Chopper.

We loved these! I used frozen Ravioli. After breading them I laid them on a baking rack for a few minutes before frying and didn't have any trouble with the breading coming off. We preferred the meat ravioli over the cheese."

Love, love, loved this one! I liked the multi herb combo. (White Balsamic vineager can be found at Trader Joes, and it's cheap and has many uses.) It was not overwhelming at all (I thought it would be). I've used bone in skin on checken and skinless boneless, it's amazing either way. It's important to marinade this for several hours. Thanks G...
