"So good! I make it ahead stopping before I add any cream or cheese and freeze it. Then I bring it back up to a simmer and follow the rest of the instructions. Great with pasta and as a thickened sauce over chicken."

Reviewed Quinoa with Garlic, Pine Nuts and Raisins

"I made this for my family's Passover seder since it is a seed not a grain, so you can eat it! I did substitute craisins for the raisins and sliced almonds for the pine nuts since I didn't know if you can eat pine nuts during Passover. I had multiple people ask for the recipe, so it was a hit!"

"OMG! This was so good! I don't really like capers, but without them, it wouldn't have been piccata. I used leftover rotisserie chicken instead of chicken tenders. I think this recipe will become regularly used in my recipe inventory.
