Reviewed Barbecue St. Louis Pork Ribs
"OH MY WORD!!! These Ribs were "fall off the bone" delicious. Served them with homemade Cole Slaw and fresh Green Beans....... Yummy yum yum. I think there are maybe 3 ribs left, and some slaw.
I don't have a smoker or grill, so I made them in the oven and put some Hickory chips on a tray on the lower rack. The aroma of these ribs just permiat""
