Tried this twice. Chicken great, rouille a runny mess. After some research seems other recipes use 1/2 cup oil not one cup per egg yolk.

I love these cookies but a 1 inch by 3 inch by 1/2 inch cookie is a lot of cookie. Frankly it is a lot of work for 20 cookies. I usually roll them to 1/4 inch and bake for 18 minutes.Then there are 40 cookies.
This year I was pressed for time so instead of rolling them out I shaped them into 4 logs. Cut them into 1/4 inch wide by 1 1/2 inch...
