Reviewed Irish Soda Bread

"I wanted to try Irish Soda bread for St. Patrick's Day so I thought I would try this recipe. I have Ina's cookbook that contains this recipe. It was fantastic! Very easy to make, very good flavor.I found the Sun Maid currants at a local grocery store. I served this along with Shepherd's Pie for dinner. Great lightly toasted with butter. Will be"

Reviewed Onion and Goat Cheese Tartlets

"I needed an appetizer for an Oscar party and my best friend recommended these. They were delicious and a huge hit. What I did different was use sun dried tomato and herb goat cheese to gave it a little more flavor. I did not have red onion on hand so I did yellow onion, chives and scallions. If you cook them long enough they will not be soggy. I"

"I received one of Ree's cookbooks for Christmas and this recipe was in the book. Made them on New Year's Day for breakfast. I thought they were fabulous! Very flaky with a wonderful flavor. Reviewed Sunny Anderson's Caribbean Chicken Wings

"I received this recipe in my Food Network magazine quite some time ago. Since the habanero pepper is really hot, I only used half the pepper. These wings are excellent! The flavors are great, the wings are browned and tasty on the outside and the chicken meat inside is very moist and tender. I am making these for Thanksgiving too! Best wings EVER."

Reviewed Roger's Wife Cheryl's Simple Chili Recipe

"I really like this chili...I do not like the "5 alarm" type, way too hot, so this was just what I was looking for. I did use diced tomatoes and added a little more chili powder along with a bit of hot sauce. My husband really loved it too...we served it with corn muffins. Good food on a cold winter night here in the Chicago area!!

Reviewed Devilish Sloppy Chicken Mini Sammies

"These were delicious! After viewing this show, I decided to try it on Halloween night. We had six adults, and they ALL gave it a thumbs up! The only thing I changed was the mustard, I had a sweeter dijon, so I used that instead of the spicy brown. I had to print up the recipe for two of the guests. I loved using the ground chicken, very healthy and full of flavor. The smoked paprika really added to the sammies flavor. I will be making this again. So glad I caught this show, thanks Rachael
