"I think Ellie Krieger owes me some money. I checked the recipe 4 times making sure the amount of salt was correct, and I wasn't misreading it. I followed the directions perfectly (I know how to cook, but needed a quick recipe for this as it was a last minute addition that didn't have time to stew overnight.

The salt made it inedible. It was absolutely dreadful. I left it to soak in the vinegar for two hours now, hoping it would mask the saltiness. It didn't. It is now sitting in my trash can."
