WOW! If you love lamb, you HAVE TO MAKE THIS STEW! I only modified it a bit by adding a tbsp. each of fresh rosemary and thyme (chopped fine), 5 cloves of garlic and used a large can of San Marzano peeled tomatoes that I whizzed in the food processor for 1 second.
