The recipe was very good but I did find it wasteful to disgard so much of the meat. I cut up the chickens before putting them into the broth which saved some space. I also used all of the meat when reintroduced, not just the breast meat. Other than that this was a very good recipe.""

I read the reviews and took the advice of others here. I omitted the thyme entirely and only used a smidgen of cumin in the glaze and i only used 1/4 tsp of the red pepper. It worked out very well and the taste was wonderful. I did make extra glaze, making a cup instead of a 1/2 cup. Used about a Tbl of Worcestershire sauce and very little cumin. "
