Reviewed Oven-Roasted Turkey
"I made my first Thanksgiving turkey ever and used this recipe. I was a hit! Simple ingredients and preparation but amazing taste! The bird turned out juicy and I didn't even have to baste it. Highly recommend this recipe to novices...or anyone!"
Reviewed Creamy Mashed Potatoes
"Amazing! These mashed potatoes aren't for the faint of heart. They are rich and creamy and delicious. Super easy recipe! I made them for Thanksgiving dinner and they were a hit. I will definitely be making them again!"
Reviewed Pat's Famous Beef and Pork Chili
"Love this recipe! I've made it a few times and it's always a hit. The only change I make is using chipotle chilies in adobo sauce instead of chipotle chili powder (can't find it in my local store). Not only is this chili tasty, but I love any "one pot recipe." "
Reviewed Cauliflower With Tomatoes
"What a great recipe! Its a nice change from steamed veggies and has a ton of flavor. I followed the recipe almost exactly except I did not have cumin seeds. Tasted fine without them (not sure what I was missing I guess). I will DEFINITELY make this again. Healthy, easy, and tasty!
Reviewed Shrimp and Pasta in a Tomato-Chile Cream Sauce
"This pasta is DELICIOUS. If you don't like spicy, leave the ribs and seeds out of the jalapeno. The sauce is very creamy and flavorful. The only difference I would make is add more shrimp. You could also make it with chicken to satisfy different tastes. This is definitely in my monthly rotation!
Reviewed Lemon-Garlic Shrimp and Grits
"This recipe was tasty. I didn't think the shrimp was anything special or different, but good. I've never had grits before and didn't care for them If I make this again I'd do it with angel hair pasta or maybe rice. Definitely VERY easy and quick.
