Delicious - have made this several times, and everyone raves. I do add 1/4c - 1/3c of of sugar to sweeten it a bit, and bake 18min vs 23. This keeps it moist. I serve it warm, with orange-zest butter & honey.

Absolutely delectable. I read other comments about the heaviness of the cake, and took advice from another reviewer - using an "extra moist" vanilla cake mix and adding the vanilla, almond extract and coconut to the mix.
