"This recipe rocks. I have tested with other types of cheese and it is great. My guests take this with them when they leave my place. They cannot get enough of this great dish. Spice it up with a little Cayenne Pepper to add another dimension."
Reviewed Lobster Stew
"This is a great recipe. Needs a little alteration on the ingredient amounts. Add more potatoes, carrots and celery to thicken it up. It came out more like a soup rather than a stew. I also added a little butter to the mix and Sherry. Expensive to do it right.
