"Let me start by saying I do not like shrimp. I made this recipe for company and they absolutely loved it, paired with the corn fritters and clam chowder, which I also do not normally like.
I have been converted! The shrimp "salad" was delicious. I would add more chopped celery. I grated the onion and some garlic in. Served on large very soft""
