This recipe was okay. I used Alton Brown';s crepe recipe (it';s my default) and I followed the crab recipe as written, except I did not have gouda cheese, so I substituted swiss. I found it to be rather bland. It needs something extra to give it some umph and to tie in all the flavors. I won';t be making it again."

I love many of Paula's recipes, but I didn't care for this one. I didn't like the custard- it was too sweet and overwhelming. I also found the crust to be a bit heavy. I followed the recipe as written, except I added a teaspoon of vanilla to the custard mixture. I will try a different tart recipe next time.

I've made this twice now. It surprises me how good it tastes just from combining such simple ingredients. I did add extra lemon zest. It is the lemon which brings the flavors of this dish together.

yummy! I used 1 part regular milk and 3 parts water in place of the soy milk. I didn't want 4 servings so I scaled the recipe down to one. I also didn't use ice cubes, I used prefrozen banana (I cut it up and put it in the freezer the night before). Tastes good!
