"WATCH THE VIDEO FIRST. . . THE RECIPE FOR THE VINAIGRETTE IS INACCURATE! The correct way is 3 Tblsp. of maple syrup (not 2) and 1/2 Tsp. kosher salt (NOT 1 Tblsp.).
