Reviewed pat's broccoli and chicken stir-fry

Feb 23, 2014 on

This recipe is awesome. I appreciate the reviews as I also doubled the sauce. I marinated the chicken in 1/4 of the sauce for a couple of hours just because I had the time. The flavor of the chicken is wonderful. I added 1/2 red and yellow pepper, 3 cups of broccoli, 1/2 tsp of red pepper and kept the rest of the recipe as written. Fantastic...

This is so good. It's been a long time since I had Southern style mac and cheese. I followed the recipe to the letter and it did not disappoint! Next time I may increase the sour cream and milk for a slightly creamier dish. Loved it!

This is a nice alternative to standard chili. Based on the reviews of others, I omitted the cayenne, reduced the red pepper flakes to 1 tsp and added a seeded diced jalepeno. The flavor is amazing and just enough heat. The only down side to this dish is it truly takes 4+ hours start to finish. The family loved it!

This recipe was easy and tasted so good. The whole family loved it! After reading the reviews, I added 1 extra potato, 3 large cloves of fresh minced garlic and an additional 1/2 qt of liquid (1 extra tbsp of flour). Wonderful flavor and comfort. "

Made this for Mother's Day. Followed the recipe exactly with the exception of reducing the cinnamon by half for the topping (same amt of sugar). My family loved it. In the future, I too will have this sit in the fridge overnight to assist with setting the egg mixture. Otherwise, it was wonderful with a bit of a bread pudding texture and a crun"

This was my first time using eggplant and I was surprised how good it turned out. I didn't have fresh oregano so I used fresh basil in the mixture and as a garnish. It truly is not the most beautiful appetizer but it tasted great. I took the advice from a previous review and added a clove of minced garlic in the mixture and rubbing the bread w...

I read many reviews prior to starting this recipe. I didn't have clarified butter so I used plain unsalted butter and it worked fine. I also took the advise of a few reviewers and added sour cream rather than the heavy cream and added 1/2 tsp white pepper and Vegeta to the flour to make the sauce. Turned out great and was easy to make as meatball...
