My Activity

Reviewed Baked French Toast with Blueberries

"Made this for Mother's Day. Followed the recipe exactly with the exception of reducing the cinnamon by half for the topping (same amt of sugar). My family loved it. In the future, I too will have this sit in the fridge overnight to assist with setting the egg mixture. Otherwise, it was wonderful with a bit of a bread pudding texture and a crun"

"Great flavor! The subtle flavors really enhanced the flavor of the shrimp. Super easy and definitely worth the little bit of extra time. Can make these ahead so your guest can enjoy them while you finish preparing dinner!!

Reviewed Swedish Meatballs

"I read many reviews prior to starting this recipe. I didn't have clarified butter so I used plain unsalted butter and it worked fine. I also took the advise of a few reviewers and added sour cream rather than the heavy cream and added 1/2 tsp white pepper and Vegeta to the flour to make the sauce. Turned out great and was easy to make as meatball recipes go... To assure the meatballs were cooked through, I combined the sauce with the meatballs and baked them covered for 30 minutes at 350. Super good with mashed potatos or egg noodles! I made both so my family could chose what they preferred. Happy day!!
