“This is a lovely, subtle gazpacho. Normally I find gazpachos taste unpleasantly similar to pureed salsa, but I thought I'd give this one a go after seeing it on the show. Sure enough, it was wonderful! The one caveat--you'll need to use the very best, freshest ingredients. Meaning, I would not recommend making this outside of summer. Great fo"”

“A truly excellent recipe with complex flavors very similar to my local take out place. Even better, there was no laundry list of ingredients (which initially made me skeptical and I have left over ginger garlic paste for a stir fry tonight!
Veggies, this is substantial enough to serve as a main course with rice and naan.
