Reviewed Eggplant Parmigiana

"My family really liked this dish. I am soo excited they were eating veggies and loving it!'This is a labor of love dish, it took some time to prepare, however, it was fabulous.
I wasn't 100% happy with the sauce. We felt it was waaay too much onion and I wasn't happy with the whole tomatoes. Next time I will make it with 1/2 the onion and used crushed tomatoes instead. We will definitely make it again. :)

Reviewed Chicken Fried Steak

"CFS was awesome! Gravy was great! Best CFS I've ever made. My entire family loved it (3, 8 and hubby)! We did the entire meal; CFS, gravy, carrots and biscuits.
If you didn't make the biscuits you MUST! I can't say enough Guy adjectives; killer, money, off the hook, OM freaking G! These were beyond words fabulous. Light, fluffy, buttery, moist, pillows of loveliness.
Carrots were great as well and super simple.

Reviewed Hong Kong Style Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables

"This has become our family's "go to" Asian dish! We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! In fact, we're having it for dinner, again, tonight!
It's a great way for me to get more veggies in the kiddos; I use carrots, celery, red/green bell, snow peas, mushrooms, onion, whatever I can find. Great flavor to this dish!
It's been in my recipe box for sometime now. They more you make it, the faster it'll get to prepare. I combine some steps and have streamlined the prep and pans needed.
Awesome dish! :)

Reviewed Michelle's Banana Chocolate Gorilla Bread

"My family loved it! I, too, put them in muffin tins as individual bites as well. Perfect for my kids. They were moist and flavorful, without being too much. For less then $4.00 I had 16 bites.
I did alter the recipe slightly. I used reduced fat crescent rolls, omitted the butter and brown sugar, and replaced walnuts with pecans. You couldn't tell at all that the bread was reduced fat. I also reduced the cooking time to 20 minutes.
I made it the night before as well. Popped the muffin tins in the fridge, covered with foil. They were ready to go in the oven when we got up.
