"Took an hour to cook, could not get to brown at the end. Boring flavor. Not worth the process.""
Reviewed Chicken Paillard with Curry Gravy
"Amazing! I just made this for the family tonight and they were raving. The chicken was so tender. I didn't add the peas because that didn't sound so good to me. To make up for the loss of the thickening that the peas would add I mixed 1T. of flour with 3T water, added to sauce and cooked for 1-2min. All the flavors of the orange, lemon and curry r""
Reviewed Yum Yum Brownie Muffins
"These are super moist. I made them in mini muffin pan. The 1st batch didn't have enough chocolate flavor so I added 6 choc. chips to the tops of the next batch. Much better but maybe add some coco powder and a touch of sugar to the batter next time also. Loved them!""
Reviewed Preserved Lemons
"I give this a 1 star because it doesn't say how long to preserve them before you use them. I only had them in the frig. for maybe a week. When I added them to the recipe it made the dish very salty and bitter (yes I did rinse them). I had to dilute w/water and add more spices to fix but still not 100% what it should be. Next time I will leave in frig. for at least a month and then try the recipe again."
Reviewed Moroccan Chicken Tajine
"This turned out great! I made my own preserved lemons but didn't realize it needed to set in frig. for at least 4 weeks so it added to much salt and bitterness but I fixed it by adding more spices and diluting it w/water. The recipe should have mentioned how long to preserve. But other than that it was so amazing! I know next time it will taste purfect."
