OMG! These were amazing. I used 6 large russet potatoes, 2 green onions, added a bit of milk, 3 tbls butter, a pinch of nutmeg, 1/3 cup of sour cream, salt and pepper then mashed the filling. Before filling them, I flipped the potatoes over and brushed them with melted butter and lightly sprinkled salt and pepper on them. I also sprinkled the pota"
