"I printed this recipe 2-1/2 years ago and finally made them this week for my HOA board meeting. I had my family and coworkers taste test them first and everybody absolutely loved them. I made them slightly smaller than the recipe calls for and made approx 60 cookies. I used apricot jam but look forward to making different varieties in the futur"
