This was a very tasty dish. I used 9 ribs initially and I followed directions here to use Beef broth instead of just plain water for the cooking session (I used half broth and half water). Also I am not soo partial to the taste of tomato paste, so I recommend using 1 small can otherwise you get a strong tomato paste taste which I don't care for.
