Reviewed Grilled Potato Wedges with Hot Garlic, Red Chili, Parmesan and Parsley

Made these tonight and we thought they were great. We typically cut potatoes into bite size pieces, wrap in foil with olive oil, salt and pepper than throw on grill for 40 minutes. They come out brown and crunchy that way so we plan to do is recipe again but the way we make the potatoes then adding the other ingredients at the end. Loved the flavo"
