Easy and delicious! Excellent recipe for a quick and easy entree that is really good. I had enough of the mustard glaze for 6 chicken thighs; baked for the full 50 minutes.

Super easy and super delicious! Added 1/2 cup of the sherry, which was just right for me. Didn't have fresh parsley, so used dried parsley flakes and still got the "flecks of green." I like it a little chunky, and it was perfect with mac and cheese on a cold and rainy night,

Delicious! Full batch yielded 47 cookies, using a medium-size ice cream scoop. Forgot to add the 2 T of flour, but did not matter. Very soft dough, so chilling is important. Instead of flattening with a glass, I gently tapped with my fingers, then sprinkled with colored sugar (orange, yellow and brown for Halloween theme). Cookie tops evened...

Fast, easy and delicious! I needed more than 1/4 cup of pasta water to loosen the pasta so am glad I saved a lot. I also used the parsley stems because I didn't have enough leaves for 2 Tbls. The lemon zest added a little lift and I squeezed a little of the juice into the dish. Finally, lots of Parmesan cheese - delish!"

Delicious and easy! I never thought of using almond milk for making oatmeal and now I use this instead of water for cooking oatmeal (pumpkin or otherwise) - thanks, Aarti, for this unique idea. Recipe makes a lot, so for a one-person household, I had tons leftover. But it reheated easily so morning breakfast was fast to prepare.
