Excellent! A huge hit in my house. I was sure that my picky teen would have balked at it, but he said it was delicious! A bit too spicy for him, but he still came back for seconds. They've requested I make it again.

I LOVE this dish. So easy and healthy. I wouldn't use tilapia for this as tilapia is such a bland fish. The tender, flakly and white meat of snapper or rockfish is best with this dish. It's part of our weekly repetoire of meals with no carbs! Add a fresh green salad and call it dinner. I like it with chicken broth, but will try vegetable broth next...

I followed the exact recipe. It was a hit! The brown butter sauce was separated, but it was delicious. That's the second time I've tried butter and balsamic vinagrette. Is there a secret to getting it to mix better, or is it always separate?
