Hi, I have always had a passion for baking/cooking and now that I am retired, I am having fun! For fun I enjoy playing the World of Warcraft on the computer, gardening and reading.
Favorite Foods
Italian food is a favorite of mine. Learning the old recipes from Italy is special. Maggiano's Little Italy is our favorite restaurant. I make my own spagetti gravy and spagetti, also a sponge soup and scripelle soup. My Italian mother-in-law (from Abruzzi, Italy (village or valley of St. John) patiently showed me how to make these dishes.
